Posted Mar. 2, 2024 on HotelsI reserved a suite with 2 beds, however when I arrive at the hotel they did not have any suites available and I was down graded to a studio room which is much much smaller than a suite, however I paid full price for a suite room through Hotels.com

When trying to check in watched the front desk feeding them at the front door is was disgusting I could not get over the smell
