Solo trip
Publié le 4 sept. 2024 sur HotelsLovely room, just a bit of a musty smell in the shower room on arrival. Seemed to disappear after I put the shower on to heat up. As always with Rad group hotels everything else was there excellent standard

Friendly staff, but very noisy!
Publié le 1 sept. 2024 sur HotelsThe staff were great, the lady who I assume was the manager (I think her name was Jane) was very friendly, as were the breakfast staff. Breakfast was great and room prices very reasonable.
The hotel itself is well maintained, although not 100% as clean as I’d like (and had a slightly dank/smokey smell). Also lacking in facilities.
During our stay it became apparent that it’s a party/venue hotel as the crowd was very loud and loudly banging doors and talking in corridors late at night. This wasn’t ideal for us, but obviously a great and fun hotel for the right crowd!

Hi Thomas - thank you for taking the time to review us following your stay - yes, we are a very busy wedding and event venue, however, if at any time during your stay with us things became too noisy for you, we would have tried to deal with this as best we could to minimise disruption to you - always happy to help if notified. We do have any "facilities" as such but watch this space !
