Une nuitée avant le retour proche de l'aéroport.
Publié le 14 mai 2024 sur HotelsSoirée proche du bord de mer en attendant le départ. Hôtel bien placé, prestations tout à fait convenables. Cependant un peu trop de clarté la nuit dans les chambres.

Quartier surprenant, accueil super avec boisson de bienvenue, petit déjeuner buffet avec jus d’orange pressé frais. Restaurants à proximité.

A bit meh! Could have been so much better.

Shower has no curtain and floor in bathroom is not sloped towards the drain, so water enters into the bedroom and had to constantly be mopped up. TV channels were unreliable and kept pixelating / dropping out. The kitchenette is large, but had no hob, no kitchen equipment / plates / utensils. Its a large kitchen area with plenty of cupboards. It feels like everything was removed from the room. We couldn't event make a bowl of cereal or find a plate to eat from. There was only a kettle / coffee machine. Nevertheless, staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was rather good, although a little busy at times. Its a convenient location for access to Mackenzie Beach, Larnaca Centre and Airport with plenty of cafes, shops and restaurants nearby.

We have a maintenance team available to address any problems, and they can promptly resolve such issues if reported.Regarding the plates, if you had requested them from our staff, they would have happily provided them at no additional cost.Thank you for bringing these matters to our attention.

Cockroach in shower upon checkin
Publié le 2 juill. 2024 sur HotelsWhen I arrived and wanted to take a shower I discovered a massive cockroach in the shower cabin. The staff was incredibly friendly and dealt with it promptly and sanitized the bathroom, but this unfortunately put a shadow on my stay. The room wasn’t exactly clean either - stains on the desk and a thick layer of dust and dirt under the bed. They were unable to move me to another room because the whole hotel was fully booked. Had it been earlier in the evening I would have probably changed hotels and asked for a refund. However, the friendly staff certainly deserves some credit and made it somewhat tolerable. The smell of the property isn’t exactly the best either. If you need a hotel by the airport and this is your only option go for it, otherwise I would stay somewhere else. Breakfast was decent.
