Publié le 8 déc. 2024 sur HomeAwayThey make it appear as though you are renting a mansion but in reality you are staying in their renovated garage with too many rules. The hot tub has hours of operation listed and grill is available on a first come first serve basis?? It was our wedding anniversary & we were forced to drink our fine wine out of miniature, plastic cups that possibly came out of a child's tea set.
We spent one night & left first thing in the morning.
A huge disappointment to say the least.

Steven is one of those guests that you never want to have. We have hundreds and hundreds of five star reviews and I am happy to stand by them. The problem starts when someone like Steven never reads the listing to begin with. When we send out the review email all he did was complain and say that none of the information was in the listing. I gave him screenshots of the listing and showed him that all of it was there. He never apologized. He never would respond to the required emails and then he showed up and doesn’t read the check-in instructions and tries to get into our main house and then complained that the doors don’t work. He was very grumpy disrespectful and all the problems were self-inflicted. The entire pool and hot tub and barbecue were available to him solely the entire time he was there. No one else used anything.

Foreigner

We decided to stay in New Mexico for the concert hence why We stayed at La Casita. Our experience here was not only pleasant but extraordinary.. Added amenities of the Jacuzzi/pool, was a definite perk. And Trixie, their dog visiting us and guarding the property brought a home experience.

Cozy for the small family

The size was perfect for us 4 it gave enougf room for the kids to play freely but never to be out of earshot. We didn't spend many hour outside but the property is beautifully organized and the pool is incredible. Roxy is a very friendly pooch. Thank you Theodore

It was a great vacation and a big portion of that was due to staying here. The host will send a very detailed set if instructions that help you get setup so read them when received. Thank you Theodore we wish we had more time at your wonderful home.

Lovely home, wonderful hosts
Publié le 7 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayWe thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We booked 17 nights and it was a great experience. The home and grounds are new, clean, and exceptionally well maintained. The hosts; Theodore and Rachel were very gracious and accommodating. We'd love to visit again!
