I like that the property is convenient to the main streets and services we need. I did not like the fact that when we arrived the clerk then informed me that there was no hot water in any of the rooms. (BUMMER) I cannot understand how the property would still book rooms knowing this issue had occurred, as I understand this is an ongoing problem and not something which just happened. Also the bathroom pocket door is absurd it needs to be fixed, the shower leaks all over the floor. and the entry door has a lot of gap does not seem to close properly. FYI we were in room 113.

We there for NMSU Aggie game, 1st of we encountered some kind of issue that involved police, so the wait was a long wait. We had no hot water for showering, purchased a dozen tamales a couple of burritos, brought home left overs put them in the refrigerator to find out in the morning that they were dripping with water because refrigerator didn’t work, 1st of all we walked up to room and keys would not open room maintenance gentleman had to come reprogram door… just were never even told about hot water not working when we registered. Someone had prayed off look in bathroom previously.

We have been staying there once a month the past 7 months because it was close to my husbands doctors. 4 months ago the pool was closed, we could live with that,3 months ago no breakfast, if we wanted to have something to eat we had to walk across a parking lot to another motel. My spouse is unable to walk that far because of his chemo treatments. So come this stay and no pool, no breakfast, we still book a room and it states rate is non refundable. The amount is deducted from my card before we get there and after checking in we're told no hot water so no shower ! We have no choice but to stay since it's paid for and we can't afford another motel. To top it off in the middle of the night the A/C quits working in the room . I spent over an hour getting it to work again since there was no one there to fix it Not happy for sure
