Feel at home in this beautifully decorated mid-century modern dwelling surrounded by calming neutral colors with a vibrant outdoor living space.

Welcome to our home! Nestled across from a quaint park, only 7 minutes from the famous Las Vegas Strip and 5 minutes from McCarran Airport, this newly renovated stunner has every amenity a traveler could desire. Whether you want to sit back and unwind, enjoy a romantic getaway, have a comfortable place to work or take a vacation with friends, Paradise Park LV has you covered. This property boasts: free high speed Wifi, a fully functional kitchen, Smart TV with Netflix and Hulu capabilities, washer/dryer, pool, gas powered BBQ, a nearby Starbucks, Walmart, Chipotle and many convenient restaurants. We will provide you with tea and coffee, and there is filtered water in the full size refrigerator. Other amenities include personal toiletries and laundry detergent. Enjoy 24 hour keyless check-in and plenty of parking. In addition to a California King memory foam bed and a Queen memory foam bed, we have provided 2 extra memory foam, fold out mattresses (with bedding) to accommodate additional travelers (the couch is comfy too). It’s our pleasure to help make your experience in the great city of Las Vegas an outstanding one.

This home is a Duplex, with an attached studio that the owner will occasionally be staying in when not traveling, but the main living portion of the home is completely private and for your use only, including a private entrance, private yard and private pool that the owner/hosts will never go in.

It was nice
Nice little duplex across a nice park. It was quaint and cozy but there was hair all over the master bedroom comforter which was off putting, there was a lot of dirt around the door sills of the rooms. The pool was thrashed and even though we paid to have a pool as advertised the pump wasn’t working and they couldn’t get it cleaned. Owner said he was embarrassed but did not correct it with a discount or anything so that was disappointing. But it was a nice little stay. I would recommend maybe paying more for competent cleaning crew.

Great location for our Vegas weekend!
We wanted a place that was close to the strip and also quiet enough to escape the chaos. This was a great fit for us. Cute place with comfy beds and nice kitchen accommodations. Didn’t use the pool as it was already cold in November. Easy to get everywhere and the owner was great with communication.

Wonderful well equipped house with pool, has everything you need for a great quiet stay away from the noise of the strip. Brilliant host who will answer any questions almost immediately. Would highly recommended this house. A car is needed as this is a 10min drive downtown.

Perfect location for your Vegas retreat!
The home was great and clean, would definitely stay there again. Super accommodating host, great location, quick to downtown. Safe feeling neighborhood with great vicinity to shopping that allows you to stock up for your vacation. The pool did not disappoint for those hot Vegas days. Stayed with another couple and each had our own bathrooms. Bonus: there were extra hangars in the closets.

Overall the property is fine and decorated well Unfortunately, the property was very dirty when we arrived. Contacted the host and they did come over and do more cleaning while we were there. Still needed more but was better The shade awning on the patio by the pool is no longer there.

Great getaway spot
This was a great place to stay in Vegas if you are wanting a more low key private spot. The home is a little older and wasn’t perfectly clean but was nice enough. Bed was comfy, private pool and backyard are great especially with a little bit of shade during the hot afternoon. Everything is close to it, airport, Walmart, the strip and shopping are all within a 15 min drive. Overall I would definitely choose to come back.

Horrible place to stay...
Pool always dirty due to the lack of maintenance. No patio covering as depicted in photos...absolutely no shadecin backyard...The television was worthless. Advertised as streaming capabilities etc. Unable to access live TV..fees were required to stream movies...absolutely horrible. ALL the furniture from chairs to beds to couches VERY uncomfortable...Breakfast included was also advertised...this was completely false...we cut our trip short because the accommodations were unbearable...would NEVER stay there again.

Subpar Cleanliness
We entered the property, took one look at the pool and determined that the property did not meet the standard for cleanliness. Once we looked closer, there was dirt and dust everywhere. The property also lacked a lot of the patio decor and function (covered pergola, patio furniture cushions, outdoor rug) as presented in the photos of the listing. The house itself was cute, but very close to the airport, which was noisy, and the area didn’t feel the safest. The host was very gracious in offering a full refund, which we really appreciated, and we quickly made reservations in the strip.

Very nice place to stay! Very clean and we felt right at home. The pool (very clean) added to the enjoyment and we especially appreciated the privacy that was provided with it. If we were to come to Vegas again, we would definitely book here again!

Cute little house with nice pool
The property was clean and nicely decorated. This neighborhood is extremely quiet even though the neighbors are very close in proximity. The pool is great and I would definitely recommend staying here.
