One of a kind top floor penthouse (38th floor) corner unit in desirable Tower 1 at the prestigious MGM Signature. Views overlooking both the Strip and the mountains of picturesque Las Vegas. Privately owned with no additional resort fees! Recently partially remodeled/refurnished and features 873 square feet of luxury. This is not a cookie cutter unit - every detail has been thought out to create a top notch experience.

*Stunning custom tin ceiling in living room.
*Luxurious granite and marble bathrooms - including master bath with his and hers counters and jetted tub for two.

Incredible, Amazing, VEGAS!
This adventure was incredible and out of this world. One of the best parts of the adventure was the location where we stayed, incredible views that were breathtaking of the strip. Nice, quiet area on the strip, but on the quieter side which is what we wanted! The monorail was so amazing for our needs! The host was incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions we had that came up. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for an amazing place on the strip with easy transportation throughout the strip! Thank you again!!!

Perfect place to stay in Vegas
This was our second stay in the MGM Signature Tower. The suite was clean, comfortable and everything was perfect for a few nights in Vegas for a couple. Valet service was quick and so convenient. Location is perfect for walking the Strip, and the full kitchen provides everything for eat-in convenience. View is magnificent!

Great spot
Very comfortable, spaceous, nicely appointed, and quiet space. Away from the crowds and Disney-like lines at the resorts in the center of town. Checked-in in under 5 minutes. Everything in town was accesible by walking, tram or Uber.

This condo was perfect. It was exactly as described and pictures don’t do it justice. Super quiet for getting some great sleep after long days in Vegas. I highly recommend and will stay again on my next trip to Vegas.

Good day. I wanted to leave a review regarding our stay. First off, the place was beautiful. The view of Vegas was incredible!. My partner wants to stay here again if we get the chance to come back. There were a few issues I wanted to let you know about. The frig had dead nats in several areas. I went to take a bath and dead bags came out of the water tubes. I drained it once and filled it again but didn’t add much water because more nats came out. Needless to say I wasn’t able to enjoy a bath. Also, the two round pillows on the couch. Each button was torn off. I laid them directly in front of each photo. The one small light in the entertainment center is out. The makeup mirror in the big bathroom goes not stay up when I tried using it. I had to hold it while in use. I took pics of the nats and couch pillows if you would like to view what we saw. Other than those issues, we truly loved the penthouse. V/R, Wendy G

Stunning property
Absolutely stunning property, amazing views from this penthouse. Very clean and well maintained, everything you need is supplied. Communication with the owner was super easy, any questions were quickly answered. Access to all the amenities of the MGM are at your fingertips. Valet parking was terrific, never waited more than 3-4 minutes for our car, and was a free service, not like other properties that want $25. + a day. Will definitely stay here again

Amazing stay, would do again!
Great property, only issue ran into was the pool in tower 1 was closed and it was listed in the listing as open year round. However we still had access to the other 2 tower pools and mgm pools. Was an amazing experience and highly recommend this property. The pools just for signature guests so no mgm or public made it the cherry on top. Mgm main pools soo busy and packed so it was awesome having way less people and craziness in the signature pools.

Beautiful Place!
My husband and I stayed here just for one night but wished it was for more. The whole apartment is just beautiful and very clean. The balcony overlooks the pools and has plenty of room to sit and enjoy. The bathrooms are spacious and nicely done. I especially liked the kitchen. Huge refrigerator and counter space. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic Stay!
First time staying at the MGM signature, and it couldn’t have been better. Wonderful view and amenities. Had a small problem with the master shower not draining correctly, Called the property manager, and it was fixed immediately at our convenience. Will definitely be going back!
