Nice and affordable place to stay in Las Vegas
Publié le 23 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayVery clean and comfortable place for one or two guests, about 20 minutes from the main hotels, good and quick communication with the host, just one note, the the water handles in the bathroom sink are backwards (hot/cold)

Clean, comfortable, well equipped
Publié le 16 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis place was perfect for us. Well equipped kitchen allowed efficient meal prep. Everything just fit perfectly in this place. We don't spend much time hanging out at the room where we're staying; just need a home base that has a decent kitchen and washer/dryer. This place was perfect for us. Neighbourhood seemed nice. Highly recommend. Will stay here again next year if possible when we come back for the Olympia.

Publié le 16 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayOur stay was perfect! Response to all communications was AWESOMENESS!! Bed is very comfortable! There was a 3hr time difference for us and i became a little concerned because we had not received our passcode and checkin info and it was 4! Well....

Nice place but no hot water

Hello. Thanks for taking the time to review my property. I don't know what you mean when you say there was never hot water, in fact the water comes out so hot that sometimes it can burn. I also understand that not everyone has the same perception of odors, but I can guarantee you that the last thing my place would have is a musty smell. Still, I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

I found that upon receiving instructions for check in I was off put by a disclaimer the owner attached to the check in procedure instructions, basically a list of additional fees/charges for ANY stains on towels and sheets which freaked us out, promoting us to go to the local mall for linen and towels, if I have to oay, I'll take it home with me.What does that even mean? That is a FIRST and not fair to spring a threat onto unsuspecting paid visitors. Weird

Hello, thank you for the 5 stars. From what I can read in your review, I see that you misunderstood. The purpose of the fees has never been to make a guest feel uncomfortable, much less to threaten them, since they are my priority. There are guests who use the towels and sheets to remove makeup, and those stains do not come off. Others have cleaned the floor of spilled drinks. Those stains hardly come off. That is why, after all these incidents happened to me, I decided to add these fees, since it is a loss for my business every time I have to throw away sheets or towels that are left stained. Never in the years that I have been renting for vrbo have I had a guest who felt the way you felt, but if during your stay you had written to me letting me know your concern, I would have gladly helped you clarify your concern. In any case, I apologize that you felt that way.

Great space for 2
Publié le 22 août 2024 sur HomeAwayBeautiful little space for 2 travelers. The owner provides a lot of the necessities, from dishes down to shampoo/conditioner. The owner was super helpful and responded quickly. I would definitely stay here again.
