Beautiful proportions

Nice condo - well appointed- comfortable beds etc - fabulous views - although we ended up on 37th rather than 52nd floor as advertised Would return again - but bring your own food wine etc - everything is 2-3x normal price on the Strip - even the Starbucks!

Host not cooperative

I made the booking by mistake and even when I mentioned that almost instantly after booking, I didn't get any positive answer. The host just took the money, without willing to search for any solution.

Amazing View

This penthouse on the 52nd floor in the corner with 180° view was simply amazing. The accommodations at this resort are five star. The staff was friendly, and the host was very reachable and answered all of our questions. PS – the valet parking was free. You just need to tip.

Great Stay in Vegas

We stayed at this property while we attended a wedding in Vegas one weekend. The place was a great find! We love that the Vdara doesn't have a casino in it (we aren't gamblers) - it made it easy to navigate and a lot less crowded. The room was on the 52 floor and was so quiet (a recent stay at the Cosmopolitan had thumping music outside our room all day every day!). The view was lovely, even without all views being of the strip. We loved having the windows open (after the sun went behind Aria so it didn't heat up too much). The bed was comfortable, as was the living space. Vegas is not our favorite spot, but if we come back, we'll definitely be looking to rent this place again!

Our stay was really sad( It was New Year but AC in our room was broken and it was so so freezing. We call to reception 3 times and waiting more than 1hour before somebody come and said AC does not work. we have some food but no forks, no kneef, no plates, no glass in our room despite room has dishwasher ( nonsense) One great thing it is the view, but they said to close all windows because cold outside and AC dos not work. we are very disappointed((( and frozen to death. Happy New Year for us with champagne and no glasses((( why the room has dish washer and has no plates and forks?)

We booked this property ( paid in full /no refund) about 1 year in advance (Oct. 14, 2022) to be prepared for this event. The Host even emailed me the same day to confirm for Oct. 20, 2023. Upon arrival, the front desk couldn't find the reservation. As it turns out, Host had double booked this property and had not sent our reservation in at all. The Host did not take responsibility and did not help assist to rectify the issue at all by booking us something similar to make up for their mistake. He continued to deny responsibility and claim it was all VRBO's fault. Host said "This isn't the first time this happened to us through VRBO." The host had claimed to Owner's Manager that he was going to book us somewhere else to rectify the situation and sent him down to assure us. Turns out he did not do that. We had to book our own hotel last minute with prices TRIPLE what we originally paid. When we informed the owner of what we were able to find he reported he "would not be able to cover that expense" and would call us tomorrow. Then he stopped responding. It's been 3 days and haven't heard anything back since.
