I booked a 1 bedroom apartment . It was supposed to have 2 beds in the living room aside from the main bedroom. I was given a small studio . It was communicated I would have 5 adults and 1 child. 4 of us had to sleep on the hard floor with no accommodations, we had a pregnant woman and a disabled child sleeping on the floor. The manager was very rude she looked irritated with me because I was asking for solutions and she did nothing to help. No refund was given. Location is amazing right behind planet Hollywood.
