The motel is located in old downtown Las Vegas, so don't expect lush surroundings like the Strip. Since it's on a main street, there can be some car noises late at night. It's only a few minutes drive from supermarket and inexpensive family/fast food restaurants, so very convenient for taking care of basic needs.
The staff was friendly and helpful during my check-in. I only stayed three nights, didn't ask for housekeeping service, so can't comment on that.
The room itself appeared to have been renovated some time in the past. Things looked a bit dated now but were still in good condition. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. If i were staying longer, I'd have used the small kitchen to save on meals, but not this time.
If you're a glamorous tourist, this place is not for you. But if you're a practical traveler looking for value and can handle yourself in an older neighborhood, I'd recommend you take a look at this motel. I myself will definitely consider staying here again.

Staff was very nice and rooms were very clean with a lot of space. I had a pleasant stay!

Thank you for your feedback Joseph! I saw during your stay you messaged about the lack of amenities, which we don’t have available to add on property things such as a pool, but I did point out our strengths are more in the kitchen amenities with mini-fridge with freezer section, microwave, and many rooms such as yours coming with a stovetop (pots/pans on request). Please let us know if there was an amenity you were hoping for that we didn’t have available and we’ll take the criticism into consideration and do our best to implement it. The room was cozy. I like that we were far enough from the strip that is was quiet but still close enough to dive within 10 minutes. Would def stay again
The only complaint( which is not the hotels fault) was when we went to park in front of our room we couldn't because the person next to it took up both spots. Other than that great place to stay!
