A charming fully furnished property located in Central Las Vegas! The 2-story home includes a porched entrance, and dual living spaces. Also, a multi-leveled dining space with chair rail molding. A cozy kitchen with recessed lighting, views of the pool, and French doorway leading to the patio! The home comes equipped with three flat screen televisions a full-size washer/dryer, a pool table and ping pong table! We are located 9 minutes from the Strip! Great location, great amenities, great hosts

House is in a convenient location and nice neighborhood, easy to get to as well, and close to almost anything you'd need. House is well taken care of and there was plenty of room for the 6 of us. Nice pool and spa, games in the finished garage, and spacious rooms. Hosts were super responsive and both the check in and check out process were great. More property owners could take notes. :) We'll be back!

Overall the house was fine. We dealt with a bit of an ant problem that I understand can happen. Had a bit of a problem with the hot tub but it was corrected quickly. Would recommend the house.

75th Birthday

We came to Vegas for my fathers 75th birthday. The accommodations were perfect!! Close enough to be in the action in 10 mins, but far enough away to be able to enjoy quite evenings in the pool/ hot tub. It was perfect for our family, 6 adults in all with plenty of room for all! I Really couldn’t recommend this place more.

Property worked well for large family stay

We enjoyed the stay, and using the pool and hot tub. For my large extended family the 4 bedrooms and decent amount of space worked well. Only a couple little things, like there was zero ice in the freezer or trays to make ice. Had to go to the store to get ice. The other was a lack of reasonable response from the property management on several occasions. On the day of arrival, we had no instructions for the group on how to enter the property. After 2 phone calls and voice messages left over a 4 hour period, as well as text messages with zero response, after we landed in Las Vegas they finally answered the phone about 90 minutes before we were going to check into the house. He said they were supposed to automatically send the instructions earlier in the day, but that never happened. Was nervous we weren't going to be able to get into the house! Finally after that call he emailed and texted instructions. Not sure why none of the other messages were answered? Also there were no instruction binders at the house. We had no information on what if anything needed to be done when we left? I also left a VM about that that and again had no response. Overall, we enjoyed the stay, but of all the rentals I have stayed at in the past this was the biggest lack of communication we have had. That would be my only reservation about staying here again.

Good experience

House was perfect for our Vegas get-together. Clean and owner was responsive when we asked for extra sheets, sending them right over. Good overall experience. We didn't use the outside because the heat was too much so can't comment on the pool / jacuzzi but they looked clean and nice as well. Only thing is, as others have mentioned, watch the step at the living room / base of stairs. Easy to trip.

Private Retreat from busy Las Vegas

Nice home quiet neighborhood with pool. Older travelers should know however, that master bedroom is up stairs and the enter level has a step down into the den (living area) and a step up into dining area and the step into and out of stair area caught us all off guard. Travelers 74, 44 and 43.

This place is amazing.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and were so pleased with the communication that we had with the owners. Everything was very nice and clean and very well furnished. I’ve been to other places that didn’t have some of the essentials, but this place was not that way. They had everything there that we could possibly need. I highly recommend staying here. We enjoyed the family gathering rooms, the bedrooms were very nice and of course we loved the pool and spa.

Family getaway

We needed to get out of the snow and this was the perfect place. Close to everything but in a quiet neighborhood. We had a little issue with the pool heater when we arrived, but the owner was over fast and fixed it. The kids loved the pool and even though it was cooler outside (55 degrees) the pool was the perfect temperature for hours of swimming. It was well worth a little extra to heat the pool. We will book this house every time we come to Vegas.
