Most of the employees were friendly however the room was not clean, the bathroom flooded, the bed was horrible

Property was convenient for LV marathon. Rooms were fine but parking app was cumbersome and there were numerous gimmicks for various upgrades to pay more $$

On arrival we were told our reservation was CANCELED??? With NO explanation! Like we did it? We are both disabled had proof of reservations and number. Got Turned away with no sympathy direction at all!!! Like we are not guests or important. What about our safety ? Then the water in shower never worked or got fixed. Could not bath while on vacation. No coffee in room either. Very bad stay for my husband’s 57 Halloween birthday. It WAS Travelocity fault.

Our sunk was clogged and would have been nice if we had a fridge in our room

Theres a outdoor concert venue right next door to the tower i stayed in. They actually left ear plugs on the night stand. The window was rattling til 2am it was so loud
