Girlfriends Trip

Overall, great location, easy taxi/uber access, comfortable beds. Needs towel racks and hooks in both bathrooms and hooks in closets. Improved lighting in all rooms. Garbage bags that fit trash can in kitchen. Thank you!

1st time in Vegas? Look no where else

Place was very well kept and clean. Spacious enough for 6 to sleep comfortably. Directly on the cosmopolitan property. Directly on the strip! Perfect location for anyone who wants to be in walking distance of everything. For the price location & comfortability look no where else!

Plumbing issues

They moved us to a comparable place.We were given two beds instead of 4 and a rollaway cot! Accommodation were nothing as pictured huge downgrade because of plumbing issues.Given a 700.00 refund but it still felt a little like a scam!

During this stay we were repiping and remodeling our bathrooms. The repiping was out of our control and we offered a full refund to the customer or the option for two suites to accommodate her group and a discount of $700. She opted to keep her reservation take the two suites and a $700 discount. She ended up wanting to get everything for free and we were really taken back by this unfounded review not of the Penthouse suite.

Disappointed

We arrived early on Aug 2 and the host did allow us for an early check in. After that things were not at all what we expected. The luxurious and gorgeous penthouse was very misleading and so were the photos. We were under the impression we were in the cosmopolitan hotel with a private pool. This was not the case. We were in an alley between the cosmopolitan and the Bellagio in a run down old hotel. We get to the penthouse and the AC was not working. We contacted the host and property manager who then called maintenance and they brought us 1 fan for the entire penthouse. Maintenance also told us this is a reoccurring problem and the owner did not want to fix it. We explained this to the host/manager along with what can you do to find us a different place to stay. They could not provide us with any other accommodations. After back and forth with the manager nothing was ever done to help with cooling of the penthouse. It stayed above 80 the entire time in the bedrooms. We had to take cold showers just to keep cool. The showers were very outdated and the tub had not 1 but 3 chips in it. The sink did not drain and the overall “luxurious and gorgeous” was not holding true. We returned home from our weekend trip and still had heard nothing for a compensation for the inconvenience of not having AC all weekend so I contacted the host/manager and they did offer us a refund. My family was not happy with the amount that was refunded. Needless to say we will not be using this again.

Dear Dayna, You were the only guest the entire summer that complained about the AC. We also offered you a generous amount for compensation. We strive the very best for our clients and needless to say were very taken aback by lack of disregard and review.
