Room not that great for price,,,everyone wanted a tip.....no taxi cabs... disgraceful wait times....resirt fee s disgraceful......too far of walk to everything in casino.......

I love the Green Valley Ranch property, The only thing that bothered me was that I noticed some one left a black sock in my room which made me feel like the room had not been vacuumed. I didn't want to complain so I picked it up and threw in the trash and said nothing. On the last night, I went out for dinner and brought leftovers to put in the refrigerator only to see the refrigerator needed to be defrosted. The refrigerator door wouldn't close all the way which mad me throw my steak and potato dinner from Lucky Penny away. I brought it to the reservationist at check out but nothing was done. She just made a note of it.

Great location and very friendly staff. Only negative we saw about the stay was the bathroom could have used a little upgrade. Also the pool area is phenomenal.
