Mediocre Hotel
Compared to other Hampton Hotels I’ve stayed at, this one seemed to be quite busy & not as well maintained/clean. There was also a sulfur/rotten egg smell coming from the sink every time we used it (maybe because it’s just an older hotel?) The remote control blackout curtain wasn’t working & couldn’t be completely closed letting a lot of light in at night/early morning & the front desk staff didn’t know what to do about it. We ended up blocking it with cushions so we could sleep. Staff was friendly but seemed overwhelmed. Won’t be staying here again.

The front desk staff at check in - we’re not friendly. I was given an accessible room which I did not request and was not advised of before they checked my reservation in (which was for a regular room) I asked if they had luggage carts they said yes but none were anywhere to be found - said they should be back down any time. An hour later still no luggage carts. Traveling with multiple individuals and children - luggage carts are extremely helpful. The area they sold items in was extremely over priced. There was drug addicts in the parking lot. The room itself was clean and comfortable, the pool area is large and nice. The breakfast is also very nice.
