Hôtel agréable mais l’hospitalité est à revoir

Hôtel calme et agréable. Le personnel ne dit pas bonjour. L’hôtesse a l’accueil se moque de moi quand je lui demande de répéter une phrase que je ne comprenai pas.

Las Vegas reposant

Environnement reposant après un passage que le Strip. Je conseille avant de reprendre l'avion pour l'Europe.

L'hôtel en général n'était pas soignée. Couloirs et tapis sales avec des marques sur les murs. Chambres sales. Taies d'oreillers tachées.

Never again!

The absolute worst bed I have ever slept in with the flattest most uncomfortable pillows! Food service at the bar took almost an hour for 2 of us with maybe 2 other tables dining. Toiletries were caulked to the shower wall and falling off, hotel was very dated and the lobby had an awful sewage smell.

Room a bit dated, Very nice but dated. Also i reserved a room with a view and i did have a water view which included an awful dried out dirt area which ruined the view.

Hot and tired in Henderson

I really struggled with this review. The ONLY reason I went with an overall 4 stars is for the simple fact that the staff was super nice and the outside of the hotel was amazing and beautiful. My boyfriend and I came for just an overnight stay, with another couple, for an Indoor football game. First, when we arrived, we noticed an almost moldy smell.We believed it was because of the lake. We arrived early, due to the game starting at 1:00, and they were able to check us in at 10:00am. We went to the game and, when we arrived back, that’s when we noticed that our room was super hot and would not cool down. Our refrigerator smelled of marajuana that, when we opened it, stunk up the whole room. The bathtub would not drain when we filled it up to stick our feet in to try to cool off. When we called the front desk, they were aware of the problems with the air and moved us down to the main floor. Our friends were also having the same issues. When we arrived at the new room, at 11:30 at night, the air was a little better, but not by much. We just dealt with it since we were leaving in the morning.Before checking out I explained my frustrations with the front desk and was offered a refund. They definitely understood the issues and made it right. They sympathized with us and I understood that they are employees and can’t control most of the issues we were having.That is why they got the rating they did; for the Amazing staff. I would give them a second try but only in the winter time.
