Hôtel agréable mais l’hospitalité est à revoir

Hôtel calme et agréable. Le personnel ne dit pas bonjour. L’hôtesse a l’accueil se moque de moi quand je lui demande de répéter une phrase que je ne comprenai pas.

Las Vegas reposant

Environnement reposant après un passage que le Strip. Je conseille avant de reprendre l'avion pour l'Europe.

La qualité de l'hôtel diminue

L'hôtel en général n'était pas soignée. Couloirs et tapis sales avec des marques sur les murs. Chambres sales. Taies d'oreillers tachées.

I would not waste money on this resort. The front desk didn't have any guidance for day trips or tickets to shows. The room had no hot water, it wasn't just us or a limited amount..there wasn't any. Room service was never delivered, when called to ask where it was; I was told she never saw it and I placed it the night before on the card. The following day I didn't fill the card out thinking that maybe I should just call. Well do not do that because they don't answer. I then called guest services and asked if our phone wasn't working or if they could transfer me and explained I was trying to reach them to place an order for the last hour and he did transfer me but still no answer. So we just went out for breakfast. This wasn't a busy weekend, it was during the week and there weren't a lot of guests. Staffing didn't seem short and I am not one to complain. I just want others to know how disappointing our stay was.

We had a baseball tournament in Henderson so decided to stay here vs. the strip. The property is very nice! In a good way, it reminded us of the movie The Shining. Good bones, beautiful decor, lots of carpeting but it was clean. We arrived on the 4th of July & as expected, it was packed. The pool was too packed for our liking so we were going to go back later in the evening. Unfortunately the pool closes at 6! It was in the 115’s all weekend and to not have access to the pool after dinner was a huge bummer for our family. We were here for five days & after watching baseball all day, we were looking forward to hanging out at the pool. We left a day early to stay at a hotel on the strip that had later pool hours. Overall, it was just ok for us.

Beautiful property. Pleasant staff Used self park garage. Could be better marked as to whick level is ground and where bridge is located

When you hear “Hilton” you are expecting thee best! Valet was thee best interaction, front desk could’ve been more attentive to the guest, we sat for dinner and chair came from underneath my husband, “their response” “surprise these chairs are durable” Rooms- no hot water, Ac unit couldn’t keep room comfortable, door, you would’ve to slam the door to keep it lock! Beds looked like full size, and were not comfortable, after this visit need to visit chiropractor! We placed card for “room service” when we arrived back, beds looked like sheets were tossed over, no coffee refilled it toilet paper. Overall visit, not as great as Southpoint stay!
