We arrived at 7pm to a dirty room where the staff was still cleaning...it was a 4pm check in...there's no excuse that we had to wait 45 minutes more. The second day, somebody pooped in the pool right when I was going to go swim, so I didn't even get to enjoy the pool AT ALL.

The previous guest cooked and there was stink - like cabbage or turnip. Knife , bar tools were not there .

Very comfortable room. We love the hot tub in the room. I also love that there was a kitchenette! I wish there were better dining options (the restaurant closes at 6, and there is no room service). Friendly, polite staff!

The property had issues with TV losing signal. Took 2 days for the property to fix. Also the button to the patio was broken so we had one day that we didn’t use until maintenance came in. Also sink on right side didn’t work as it was clogged so the water stayed on the sink. Overall location was great but communication between hotel and management needs to improve.
