HORRIBLE NOT AS ADVERTISED!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! The room looked nothing like the pictures in the listing. It was dirty with black grime on the furniture and walls. Don’t be fooled by the pictures of the Bellagio fountains. You will not get this view. Instead your view will be of a concrete wall with loud vents blow exhaust 24 hours. The carpet is old and dirty with giant holes in every room. The front door to the room had a 1.5 inch gap at the bottom. All the wood furniture was thrashed with huge scratches and chunks of wood missing. The property also looked nothing like the photos in the listing. Dirty and gross, not welcoming at all. We had to go outside and walk down a dark alley just to get to the elevators that went to our room which felt dangerous and gross. It was so bad we ended up checking out immediately because it was too gross and dirty. The person at the front desk told us they couldn’t change our room without us contacting Travelocity. As soon as we left we contacted Travelocity and they did not give us any refund even though we did not even stay in the room. HUGE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!
