Great Location, Nice Condo
Publié le 10 déc. 2024 sur HomeAwayRooms were really nice. The guest room w/o bathroom has much smaller bed than the master room. Mattress I heard was very uncomfortable and hard. Ours was hard but I like hard. Kitchen had almost everything, no wine opener. Patio has an amazing view of water and little village. The actual building itself was very warm and the Pool/Jacuzzi was out of order. Wish I knew that prior. There was only one bell cart outside elevator on 4th floor which we found after hauling our first load. It disappeared when we checked out so please have more avail if possible it was such a long haul and it was difficult for the seniors I had with me. The air conditioner/heater system doesn't work right so we shut it off. It was to hot during the night even tho we set it for 67 degrees, during day we set the system to 68 it was freezing. Overall, nice place to stay and our guests said guest bathroom had best shower ever, great water flow they felt like they were in a spa.

Publié le 28 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayGreat scenic views from all areas of this property! Ability to come in and out to balcony was a major concern Repair is definitely needed. Hard water in unit along with poor internet connection. All information outlined in instructions so the ability to handle issues was appreciated.
Definitely would consider staying here in the future for the views!!

Regarding the balcony door, we understand that it can occasionally be challenging to operate due to the child-proof lock. This lock is required by code enforcement officers for safety purposes, and we include detailed instructions to assist guests. We’ve found it ensures peace of mind for families while allowing everyone to enjoy the views securely.
As for the internet connection, our last speed test at the end of October showed over 100 Mbps for both upload and download speeds. The internet service is managed by the homeowner association, and while we strive to provide a reliable experience, we’ll coordinate with them to monitor and maintain a consistent connection for our guests.

Publié le 1 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayHad a great time at the location. Balcony was nice to sit around with the family in the cool of the morning or night. Able to cook when we wanted, go out when we didn't. Very relaxing.
