Jason at the front desk was great!
App they suggested was not working…for anyone .
Property is a little “timed-out”, but clean and enjoyable ( coffee machine in room would be nice) .Would stay here again without any reservation( after I actually made reservations, of course…)

Someone placed a "Do Not Disturb" sign on my door and my room was not cleaned one day. My "Do Not Disturb" sign was still inside my room - I am not sure if it was the housekeeping mistake or a prank. There should be an automated process (either by tv interface or phone interface to request room cleaning). In the mornings I would like to contact housekeeping that the room is available to clean/replace towels.
