Bienvenue dans ma belle maison pour des vacances fabuleuses ou une entreprise. . Ceci est une maison à 1 étage avec piscine, palmiers, une abondance de fleurs, d'arbres fruitiers et une vue imprenable sur la montagne. La cuisine est bien équipée avec de nombreux équipements, épices, etc. J'accueille jusqu'à 5 personnes et 3 chambres / bains et utilisation de toute la maison. Je suis situé dans le nord-ouest de Las Vegas, à proximité des commerces et shoping, à 10 minutes d'un verger, avec des fruits et légumes biologiques, à 10 minutes des casinos, mais pourtant isolé dans un quartier calme et sûr. À seulement 15 min. au mont. Charleston, Red Rock Canyon, golf, 30 min. à la bande; 60 min. à Hoover Damm, Lake Mead, à quelques minutes de Tule Springs Park et à quelques heures du château de Scott castle dans Death Valley ou Valley of Fire. Las Vegas est situé au centre pour atteindre une abondance de nombreuses attractions touristiques comme le Grand Canyon, Brice Canyon, Antelope canyon, Lake Powell pour n'en nommer que quelques-uns ....

Great Stay, Quiet Neighborhood
Very clean home and excellent communication. Has all the needs for a stay. On business to Vegas and did not want to stay on the strip. Very easy travel to the convention centers, easy off of the highway and convenient to local shopping, trader joes etc.It was great to come back to the quiet and easy pace. Wish it was a bit warmer weather to enjoy the back space, but was great watching the sun come up with a cup of coffee in the sun room. Was a good stay thank you Sigrid!

The rental property at 8900 Silk Bonnet Court was a wonderful place with all the comforts of home. A full kitchen with all the amenities. The master bedroom and bath were a great size with a huge master closet that will accommodate all your travel luggage. The lovely sunroom overlooks the beautiful backyard with pool. Definitely something to indulge in. More importantly was the host of the property. She was ever so gracious and made our stay ever so pleasant. The property was also close to the main arteries that would take you to downtown Summerlin and to downtown Vegas within minutes. Easy access to public restaurants, groceries, and medical services.

Wonderful experience
The house and yard are lovely, views are beautiful. The pool was a worthwhile expense even in winter. The house is well-appointed, more so than the other VRBO rentals (dozens) we've stayed in. The kitchen included every item needed, towels were plentiful, beds were firm and very comfortable. There was ample hot water and excellent water pressure. Owner is very reposive and helpful. She was present to greet us on arrival and provide guidance on the house rules, as well as recommend local hiking information. She lives in the semi-attached casita next door (i.e. owner lives on property). The house was clean, the neighborhood was safe and quiet. If we could change just two things it would be the living room furniture, which we found to be uncomfortable (though that may be an 'us' thing) and the plant overgrowth immediately next to the pool which resulted in daily pool sweeping and having to dodge plants to get to the spa - small things in comparison to the overall excellence of the house.

Wonderful rental
3 buddies having a yearly reunion wanted to enjoy LasVegas but get away from the hustle and crowds on the strip and Fremont Street. This house was perfect, great neighborhood, easy access to all of Las Vegas, Sigrid, the owner was welcoming and helpful. would rent again without question. Recommend the hidden gem in Las Vegas are microbreweries in Art District, try one or more both for beer and food.

Sigrid was a wonderful hostess! Her place is lovely and well provisioned. Our only beef was the pool and hot tub were not usable at the arrival temperatures and the cost to heat them was prohibitive. Nice yard with interesting plants and birds. Easy access to shopping, dining and sightseeing. Traffic noise as it’s on a corner but not bad. All in all a lovely place to vacation!

Relaxing, comfortable home with pool and beautiful garden
This is a spacious, beautiful home with attractive, private, landscaped outdoor space. It's in a quiet, safe, residential neighborhood. The gardens offer a tropical oasis. There always seems to be roses blooming everywhere among the palm trees and flowering plants. With the patios, pool and spa (hot tub) to use anytime day or night you can enjoy plenty of time relaxing outdoors having drinks or snacks there or just enjoying the luxury of your own private pool when you are home. Every so often you may see a hummingbird also enjoying the gardens with you. Indoors there are comfortable bedrooms, a large living area plus a dining area with formal dining table in addition to seating at the kitchen island or the glass table and chairs alongside the windows looking out at the pool and garden.There is also lots of comfortable seating with couch and chairs to watch TV or read. It's convenient to prepare meals at home here. Pots and pans and dishes and utensils are all here to use. Grocery stores as well as good restaurants are minutes away. We can't think of anything we wanted that wasn't there: there's a microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, toaster oven, espresso maker, blender etc. to use besides having the stove and oven for cooking. It's a quiet, comfortable home. We have been renting it for years for an annual visit to Vegas. It is so much better than a hotel room. You'll never have to share pool and outdoor areas with strangers. You'll enjoy this excellent home away from home.

Our wedding and honeymoon stay
The house layout was nice and welcoming but we couldn't have the temperature lower then 78 degrees when it's 121 degrees outside for most of our stay. I'm sorry but who does that when the temperature is that high you can't turn on the ac. We turned down to the 60's for most of our stay. The propertymanagerhas control over the house temperatureandkeptraising the temp over 80 degrees. We kept turning down so she came over and yelledat my husbandsayingthat is unexceptable. The propertymanagerdidn'ttell us that she lives next door and wouldknockon our door and if we didn'tanswershe would put her coe in ajust come in. What would happenw. We could of beenshoweringor in bed.The pool is only cleaned on monday then it olnly lastsforaday becauseof all the flowers and busheswith bugs gets in there and i couldn'tdo anything about it.where the hot tub is the property owner can see you through her windows so no privacy and we caught her walking in the backyard trying to get in the house. The master bedroom has a TV that is half faded and has no dvd player or tv cable at all. The spare bathroom has ants all over the floor by the toilet and all in the tube. Easy over a hundred of them. The pots and pans are out dated everything stuck and burned our food or it would ruin our meal. Make sure you don't open your blinds because she has a gardener come everyday in the morning. Again overground so it's hard to get there safely plus the manager can see the hot tube from her windows so no.because

Absolutely Wonderful House with Owner!
A friend and I recently stayed at this house and everything was perfect! Sigrid is an excellent host, she communicated quickly and did not mind all my questions! The backyard is like an oasis, and the all the greenery provided a beautiful backdrop along with the mountains behind them. We were there to play golf and had no issues getting Uber. The grocery store was 10 minutes away or less, the grill worked perfectly! I like many of the reviews... "will be coming back next year!" thank you Sigrid!

My wife and I spent a very enjoyable week in the Las Vegas suburbs. Sigrid, the property owner, was a gracious host! The location worked well for us as we included several day trips away from the city. While some distance away from the Vegas Strip strip, quick access to that area was a breeze. This is one area of Vegas where the infrastructure is excellent! We recommend this home to anyone wanting a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of Las Vegas but still within a relatively quick ride to see the sights on Las Vegas Boulevard. We will be back!

The house was immaculate! The owner, a very nice lady, stays in a garage apartment on site. Every time we came in, she met us at the door and wiped off the wheels of my wife's rollator/walker and made sure we removed our shoes. She put throw rugs throughout the house to help keep the white carpet clean. My wife's rollator/walker wheel got tangled in one of the throw rugs. She fell and broke her leg. That ruined our dream vacation to Las Vegas. I will never rent a VRBO again. We will get a hotel from now on when we travel. I didn't want to touch anything, like sleeping in a museum.

Third time visit just as good as the first two.
This was our third visit to Sigrid's house. We love it and already have dates blocked for next year. Two of us there just for golf. Everything we need at the house and a grill out back. We play golf in the morning, enjoy the pool in the afternoon and grill at night. The house is in NW Vegas, about 20-30 minutes from the strip. We went to the strip one night for dinner. We are there for golf, house is 10 minutes from the three courses at Paiute and convenient to Hwy. 95 to get to many others. Have read previous reviews, if you have an issue with taking your shoes off, simply don't stay here. I take shoes off in my house, respect her house. She does stay in a guest house to the side of the main house and you can't even see the guest house from the main house or pool. If she needed anything, she always texts asking if she can visit. She is a wonderful lady, made us a cheesecake for our arrival! It is a quiet, relaxing home in a city that is anything but quiet and relaxing. We'll be back next year!

Comfortable and great location
This is our third long term stay with Sigrid. We love everything about the home. It's comfortable and has everything you need in the kitchen and baths. Sigrid is a wonderful hostess and truly cares about your comfort and privacy. She makes you feel like family. The residential location is close to shopping and restaurants, and an easy commute to the strip. We will definitely return when in Las Vegas.
