Not managed as well as a hotel. Privately owned and room not maintained. I working lamps, clogged sink, no usb ports for phone charging. Very loud neighbors at times. Parking lot directly below.

The view, omgee, teh view was everything. Some of the aploances in the kitchen are getting worn but overall a special little place.

This is a privately owned unit. The information I received said nothing about that. Since it’s privately owned there was no room cleaning the entire time I was there. They even charged for a towel exchange.

Bring Your Cleaning Supplies
The property was very nice, and the staff were friendly! We stood in line a long time to check in the hotel. The biggest concern was the condition of the room. We purchased cleaning supplies and cleaned the bathroom, kitchen, bed and mopped the floor. I don’t think the owners were aware of the problem. Many of the rooms are privately owned. Overall, we made the best of it and enjoyed our stay!

The property and the suite are showing some signs of wear, but I appreciate the quality of linens, and the room size. I attended a conference where most were staying at The Palms, and I paid less, and had a more peaceful location with a killer view.

I went to check in at the wrong part of the property initially, there was only one front desk agent working while three other guy was just standing there BS-ing and not helping anyone. This encounter was at around 2:30 in the afternoon. Another agent finally came by to help visiones check in. She directed me to the actual check in part of the property for my reservation. Once checked in to to our room it was amazing and we went on about our day. Great experience at the room and the property otherwise.

Was a very nice hotel and the room has amazing views and was very comfortable and clean. I enjoyed coming back to the room wich is a good sign a room is a good one. Hotel had an inside way of getting to the casino and was very easy to access. I think the only issue is there is a separate area to be picked up by ride share even though they drop you off at the lobby doors and they should be some signgage in the lobby to let peole know.

These suites aren't owned by Park Place
We had a bit of a rough night when a leak from the bathtub in the room above us caused the ceiling to flood our room at 2am. Unfortunately, we couldn't find any contact information to reach out to someone for help other than Palms Place. The front desk was unable to assist us since they didn't own the room, and we couldn't be moved to another room. Overall, it was a pretty tough situation for us.
