Publié le 23 juill. 2024 sur HotelsWe had a bit of a rough night when a leak from the bathtub in the room above us caused the ceiling to flood our room at 2am. Unfortunately, we couldn't find any contact information to reach out to someone for help other than Palms Place. The front desk was unable to assist us since they didn't own the room, and we couldn't be moved to another room. Overall, it was a pretty tough situation for us.

It was nice the refrigerator could've been a little more clean had 2 TVs couldn't figure out how to get them to work overall decent property

Space had everything we needed to celebrate our 20th anniversary!! Really enjoyed the city view of Las Vegas and all the amenities of a studio apartment!! Wish the pool didn't close so early!

I didn’t realize I booked through a private host and not the actual hotel the communication with the host was terrible. The actual room was a nice set up however it wasn’t clean you can see hair all in bathroom and on pillowcases. Then we stayed for 4 days and not once did we have housekeeping. I called the front desk which was very rude and told me you have to request it 24 hours in advance. Like what. And then I asked if I could at least get clean towels they had the nerve to charge me $75.00. I’ve never been to a property with no housekeeping. Blew my mind. Then we went to the pool and had drinks and the waitress charged a tip to the room without my acknowledgment.

very nice stay at this studio apartment... has everything you need to cook if you want to save a little $. They make the most out of the space..beautiful bathroom/shower/tub.
also one of the best views of vegas i've seen.
also good value.
