Plenty to do
Publié le 26 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayMy family had a great time. We loved hanging out in the pool and enjoying movies in the movie room. The pool table and the arcade games were also a hit. If there is one thing I wish was different it would just be to replace the pillows.We will stay here again when we need a little break

Perfect Stay in an Entertaining House
Publié le 25 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayOur stay couldn't have been better. The house comfortably slept all six (6) of us humans, four (4) adults and two (2) teenagers, and two (2) dogs. Location was in a good location about 12 minutes north of the Strip. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
There was no shortage of entertainment at the house. The swimming pool was perfect for those of us who wanted to relax as well as those who wanted to play. The pool table inside was frequently used, my teenager fell in love with the NBA Live arcade game, the theater room aired many a movie, and board games and poker were played deep into the night. I tried to beat the high score on Ms. Pac-Man but could only get frustratingly close!
It was an easy trip into downtown Las Vegas, and there were no shortage of stores and restaurants in the local vicinity. A Smith's and Walmart Supercenter were within a couple miles of the house, making cooking in at the house an easy choice for many breakfasts and dinners.
The host was extremely responsive and checked in to make sure we had everything we need. Check in was super easy. We're certain to rent again when we come back to Vegas. Highly recommend it, especially for any families looking for a fun place to stay.

Sons Birthday gathering
Publié le 9 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayI want to start by saying this isn't a 4 bedroom house this is a 3 bedroom house, I'm glad we took picture when we checked in because two of the three bedrooms had big holes behind the door, I had to clean the refrigerator before we could put our food inside of it. We could not get the surround sound to work in the theater room I reached out to the owner he replied 5 hours later by than we gave up, we had to clean the pool before using it because it was full of leaves and the yard is super small the pictures for this house was taken at a angle to make everything look bigger, the floors were dirty we have to sweep. They rigged the patio door by putting blinds on them which makes it very hard to go into the back yard and is a hazard because if that's the only way out of the house in an emergency you will not survive getting out through those doors.
Would I stay here again no, would I recommend this house no but because it wasn't what I was expecting and I was disappointed with the house doesn't mean someone else will not like it. Everything isn't for everyone and everyone has their own likes and dislikes.

Our EDC stay!

He let us check in early and made sure everything was working just right. We had no issues with the house at all and would 100% book again. It was clean… Neighbors were very nice and the house was just beautiful. RECOMMEND HIGHLY

Publié le 9 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayThe stay was ok. It would have been better with just a few small updates. We ran out of toilet paper and looked everywhere to no avail. The listing had pictures of a shuffleboard which was not there. The air hockey table is broke in the base so it wobbles and puck gets stuck under lip. The pool table is positioned weird so your backed up against a wall trying to play. The air conditioner was set to a schedule and would go to 74 at about 3am which is too hot. One bed is a blow up mattress and the beds are very hard with small, flat pillows. Blackout curtains and complimentary ear plugs would have been nice. The wind blew the trash cans against the house all night. There was not enough adult silverware or cookware. A pizza pan would be nice or some tin foil as to not mess the oven. None of the remotes worked, very complicated tv system and should leave extra batteries and got way too hot in the media room to use it. Outside was nice but better pool accessories for adults and umbrellas. The strip was not as close as i was expecting based off the listing though uber was not bad. Expected a little more for the price but overall we made do and had a good time.

Solid Vegas Party House (with a few notes below!)
Publié le 29 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayStayed here with 7 of my friends for a “bachelor party”, as part of a combined bachelor/bachelorette with my partner/wife staying on the Strip with her half. Overall, this place was almost perfect for what we were looking for (a bachelor pad to bunk 8-10 guys) and was only a short ride to the Strip and a lot of other activities.
However, a few issues I will highlight:
1 - The listing is misleading about the # of beds and bedrooms (which a previous review alerted us to). There are only 6 beds proper, a couch, and a couple futons. We slept 8 and may have slept 10. The listing lists 14 - this includes 3 air mattresses which are not in the listing. I encourage the host to change the description accordingly.
2 - Was excited to use several of the cool amenities but found a couple things not working. For the home theater, this was not set up to stream (which is how everyone watches everything now) and at least it had DirectTV but out of 5 remotes could not find the one that controlled this either. We never ended up using it the whole trip (maybe bring your own Chromecast or Firestick?). Same for the living room TV - remote did not seem to work. The pool - I was excited to learn this was heated but the host informed me he was in the process of fixing this too. I can’t imagine it is easy to keep up with the wear and tear of a Vegas party house, but encourage the host to fix these issues as well.
