You'll love our luxurious Penthouse. It is directly in the MGM Casino Hotel Signature Tower right on the Las Vegas Strip. This provides you with enormous advantages versus other vacation rental locations. You will be staying in a condo directly connected to the huge MGM Hotel complex which includes a massive pool, hot tub, gym, dozens of wonderful restaurants / buffets, incredible shows, and the MGM casino itself. We charge no resort fees. Free parking for one car is included. Our condo has stunning views, a private balcony, a kitchenette, a king size bed, a queen size sleeper sofa, and a luxurious bathroom. The condo sleeps up to 4. Free WiFi is available in every room. FREE VALET PARKING for one car in front of the Tower. The kitchenette has a cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. The luxurious bathroom has a Jacuzzi bathtub, California shower, and double sinks. The Penthouse has a flat screen TV and DVD. Our guests have free access to the huge MGM pool complex, which features multiple pools, a waterfall, a lazy river, and a big hot tub. Our guests also have free access to the MGM Signature gym with state of the art equipment. Check-in and check-out are done at the front-desk just as in any hotel and are available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Valet parking is free.

Our Penthouse condo is in the MGM Signature Tower directly in the MGM Hotel complex right on the Las Vegas Strip. Our condo has all the advantages of staying in an MGM hotel room and more, for substantially less money! The condo is on a penthouse floor, has a stunning view of the Las Vegas Strip, and a private balconies to enjoy it from. Staying on the strip makes a Las Vegas vacation much more memorable. All the world famous attractions and casinos are within walking distance! The Statue of Liberty, the Eiffel Tower, and a live Volcano can all be seen running down the legendary Vegas Strip! After a long night playing, laughing, eating, drinking, and dancing, you walk home up the Las Vegas Strip lit up as bright as daylight!

Once we confirm a reservation and receive payment, we will send you the Signature MGM Reservation Confirmation under your name. You check into the MGM Signature at the front desk like any other valued customer and they give you the key card for our Penthouse Suite. Nothing could be easier or more fun!

We are professional vacation rental owners of Luxury Penthouse condos at the Signature MGM. Our business model is to offer this exclusive, luxurious rental accommodation to the travel savvy community at affordable prices with honest dedicated service. If you are interested in renting luxury at a discount from an owner/renter please book with us. Please note that at least one Signature Pool will be open and heated all year round. The MGM Grand pool including the lazy river maybe closed due to covid-19 restriction or winter months (November-April).

We have additional Penthouse properties of different sizes and configurations listed on Homeaway. We can accommodate parties ranging in size from 1 individual to a group of 30. All of our condos are Penthouses located directly in the MGM Casino and Hotel complex.

Room was excellent from checkin to checkout. King bed was comfortable, views of the strip and area from balcony were nice. Access to the pool and MGM facilities was simple and quick through air conditioned walk way. We attended the Sammy Hagar concert at the MGM Garden which was just a short quick walk. Everything about our stay went very well and would recommend staying at this VRBO versus the MGM Grand Hotel anyday.

The room that we had, had great views and was clean and spacious. The location is great. It is not far from the strip and near a lot of attractions. The one negative I would say is that the shopping in the hotel is outrageously expensive. We ended up doing an instacart and that worked out well. All in all, I would definitely recommend this property.

The hotel was very nice. Valet parking was quick and easy. Bell hop took our bags. It took awhile to get them at our room but check in was busy so it was understandable. The room was beautiful. Sauna bath was very nice after our long trip. Only ossue was finding the hotel which was due to construction for the Formula 1 race. Other than that everything was great. We would definitely stay there again.

Jr. Penthouse in the MGM signatire
The owner of the penthouse communicated perfectly. The penthouse was bigger than her video portrayed but was lovely. We had a beautiful view, the MGM Signature was beautiful. We went in March and the weather was still not quite pool weather but did enjoy the MGM outdoor sauna. The MGM is not on the strip but is accessible via the monorail. It is accessible to the other two towers which has a ton of stuff going on all the time. We would stay again.

We celebrated our 34th anniversary in Las Vegas. We enjoyed the views from this unit and the convenience to the Miracle Mile Mall as well as restaurants and other casinos. The pool was amazing! We really enjoyed the lazy river. We would definitely return.

We attended a convention for our jewelry business for a week. It was very convenient no issues. Within walking distance of everything you could need. If you like house keeping daily be sure to request in advance. I had no issues if I had questions I could easily contact the owner.

Our mattress looked 100 years old, you could feel the springs in it. The property says, at entrances, there is no smoking and marijuana use is illegal in the state of Nevada yet it was being smoked EVERYWHERE….in elevators in halls at pool at valet, it was all around. Will never stay there again. Horrible for the amount of money paid! Motel 6 quality

This property was exactly as described. Nice location just off the strip, but easily accessible to monorail and MGM amenities! Extremely easy access to airport if you have a rental car! Property was quiet and the balcony was a real plus!

Easy check in. Clean and updated condo. Wish the coffee maker was full sized, but made do. Rented a car, and the valet service was exemplary. Sadly, the lazy river at the MGM Grand was only open on weekends in October, but the pool on the property was nice to take a dip in. Probably won't be staying anywhere else when we return.

Fantastic PH room with a view and a Poolside cabana
The VRBO rental process was smooth and easy. I use the app and don’t worry about much after booking a trip. Owner communication was timely and thorough. We enjoyed breakfast at Delights Cafe each morning and poolside food and service are top notch as well. We hosted our friends poolside in a cabana and enjoyed the day! We are returning guests who really like being in Vegas but enjoy being removed from the casino some.

Very beautiful property. Property manager was always available and responded quickly to emails. Private pool attached to tower was amazing. Pool food and drinks were severely overpriced and the nachos were horrible. The unit were stayed in was beautiful. The balcony was a definite bonus! Unit was fully stocked and we thouroughly enjoyed our stay. a short walk to MGM Grand/monorail/casino/dining. very convenient!! Overall great value stay
