Mobilier à bout de souffle. Pas de service de chambre, le lit n’est fait, ni les serviettes changées. Restauration à son stricte minimum, Surprise 45 dollars par jour

Immense hôtel casino avec un très bon rapport qualité prix On se perd un peu dans ses espaces mais ils sont luxueux A retenir

I am a semi truck driver and the walk from the truck parking area is very long. My room was very outdated. The carpet look and felt like it has been there since the 80’s. The shower rails to the shower door were not clean. Shower parts looked rusty and shower head needed to be cleaned. Very minimal hot water in the shower. Staff were friendly and the hotel was clean.

The upholstery are visibly stained. Calling the front desk took me 10 minutes wait just to request towels. The guy that delivered the towels was very polite and all smiles so it made up for the wait. Ice machines not working. The valet was super nice.
