room was clean, casino was smokey but the hotel area was fine. good tv, not much in the area to walk too.

I’ve stayed at Skyline previously and was more than satisfied. The towels are thick and clean. The exercise room has nice array of equipment that seems to be maintained well. The staff is courteous. While there is some outside traffic noise, it is less than expected. Road Construction is underway but not an issue.
The not so great observations… no coffee maker carafe, no ice bucket, the carpet is stained badly, trash laying around in the gym, the in room phone needs to be replaced as many buttons are missing and it looks tacky, a paper and pen in the room would be expected, the freezer compartment of the refrigerator is in need of defrosting as the freezer is unusable currently, the lining under the upholstered chair is detached and looking shabby, a map and restaurant menu in the room would be nice. The overall feeling of the room is tired and worn.

Our room was right by a major road and Highway noise kept us up most of the night. Around dinner time I went to the restaurant to get a piece of apple pie, I stood there for seven minutes and no one bothered to come up and take an order. I will never eat at this restaurant again.

The. Manager needs to address certain situations that arise the rest of the staff is great. Manager is friendly to most people.

Good parking behind the hotel. Staff that cleans the hotel is very friendly!
