Toilet was broken. Staff was rude. Had to change my own bedding when an accident occurred on the bed. Floor was dirty and smelled like urine. Abandoned vehicle in parking lot. Called to check out twice but said I never did even after speaking to someone. No one ever answered phone…Had to walk to front desk with 3 young kids to get assistance since no one ever answered phone. Refused reimbursement after I checked out early because of my experience.

It’s a nice place to stay but don’t expect any continental breakfast.

The property was very accessible to the freeway and restaurants. It was clean and staff was friendly.

Our room was a king bed for 2 guests and we had to ask for extra towels because there was only one towel in the bathroom

Hotels.com price was not honored

The stay was good, but there was an issue involving the price of the room. On arrival, I was informed that the hotel's reservation system was malfunctioning. The Hotel's.com price for the room was not honored, and instead I was charged a different amount that was substantially higher than the expected rate. No explanation was given for the rate change.

No dining options at all. No breakfast, only coffee in the morning. No one ever answers the phone. No cleaning services except by request. I tried calling multiple times to request more coffee pods but could never reach anyone. The place seemed fairly deserted. The room was clean and fine, nothing special, but totally fine. Unfortunately it was much farther away from my convention than I realized so it was inconvenient to drive back and forth each day, but that was my fault for not realizing it.
