il y a 4 minutes sur G Google Comment dire? A notre arrivée, on a senti comme une odeur de shit. Quand on a regarder le motel, on a cru s'être trompé d'endroit car ça ressemblait plus à un squatt avec en prime des personnes pas très rassurantes aux alentours. La pièce qui leur sert d'accueil est à la hauteur de la personne qui nous a reçu, pas très chaleureux. Vient ensuite la découverte de la chambre; alors là, on est dans un film d'horreur : un jour de 2 cm autour de la porte, rideau déchiré, crépi de mur decollé, meubles poussiéreux, sol sale, matelas taché, draps et serviettes douteux, robinetterie non scellé, baignoire repeinte grossièrement, rideau douche dégueulasse, clim chauffage fait plus de bruit qu'un réacteur d'avion, et la route très passagère a fini de nous convaincre de ne jamais revenir. Merci Expedia d'avoir ce genre de squatt dans votre catalogue !! A FUIR!!!

Publié le 12 août 2024 sur HotelsFirst, a couple of actual positives. My wife likes to have a kitchenette. And it wasn’t bad with a good sized refrigerator. Some other people complain about dirty floor, but ours seemed fine. The negatives? The “white” towels were dingy grey with black streaks. The exterior is run-down. They only gave us one towel. They never did any housekeeping and we had to ask for new towels and they were all dingy grey with black streaks too. We hoped for an early checkin to nap before our shows. They were not accommodating at all and dismissive. King bed seemed okay but only two small pillows. Also, I was under the impression it was only about 5 minutes from the strip, but it is actually about 15 minutes away. Poor neighborhood.

When you arrived at the location the room smelled off pure clorox. No towels had to go to the office twice to ask for towels because nobody answered the phone.

Horrible service was told would get $50 deposit back never received it no room service whole time was their all employees do is walk around the parking lot and hid from the front desk so they don’t have to do any work

I got there tv did not work toilet would not flush, phone was not plugged. Key rarely worked so I would have to to the office that was empty more time than there’s was any one there. Internet worked intermittently. Drug deals done parking lot. Homeless EVERYWHERE. I went to buy pepper spray for my safety. Could not understand the staff. Any issues were not addressed in a timely matterThey were put out every time they had to unlock my room and would make me go and try it again before they would come open it. It was very unpleasant It was still over priced because of how run down it was, and the safety issues. I’m a woman traveling on my own, felt like there was a target on my back.
