The SWEET SUITE Studio NEAR STRIP and AIRPORT!

Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas! This stunning studio is fully equipped with a Queen sized memory foam bed and has a well appointed kitchenette with farm sink (including plates, bowls, cutlery, cups, mugs, cooking utensils, etc) two burner range/stove, large toaster oven, coffee maker and full sized refrigerator. The studio also includes a large washer/dryer, custom closet with plenty of hangers and a nice desk and work area. It also features a dining set that overlooks the park across the street. This studio is one side of a duplex, yet still has its own private entrance, private courtyard with small dog door for pups to go in and out as they please, and is completely separate and private from the other side of the house. This cozy abode also boasts a 54 inch TV with built in Roku that has Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime (among other TV viewing apps). We hope you enjoy your stay at this tastefully decorated home which is conveniently located just minutes from McCarran Airport and the world famous Las Vegas Strip.

Great place! It was our first time using VRBO. The studio is like having your own private place with a fenced in place for the dog. Close proximity to everything we wanted to do by Uber. The Host was great with communication.

Great little spot!
Awesome stay at this quiet studio away from the hustle and bustle of everything in Vegas. Everything you’d need for an overnight or a few day stay. Laundry was a bonus along with the private patio. Will definitely stay again :-)

Perfect and Cozy!
Staying at the suite was perfect for our quick road trip stop in Vegas! The suite was very cute and cozy and had everything we needed for the night. I loved that there was filtered water available in the fridge and all things needed if we wanted to cook for ourselves. There was also a little doggy door that was perfect for our small mini schnauzer to go in and out through the night. It also had a cover too so we could make sure our kitty didn’t get out. The host was extremely cordial and made sure we were taken care of. I’d definitely recommend the Suite for any couple staying in Vegas!

We liked staying here because you literally have everything you need at your fingertips. Parking on property. Refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker. We would definitely stay here again!

Overnight for early airport departure
The host was wonderful with communication for our stay, even in the later part of the evening. The overall vibe of the apartment was super cute and big enough to rearrange our luggage to pack. It was a four min trip to the airport which was continent.

We only stayed one night after getting in late from the airport. The place was a great location to the airport. The 11 am checkout was also very helpful after getting in so late. The place was everything we needed for a short stay.

Loved it!
Property was great! Loved the park across the street and it was perfect for our dog who was travelling with us. Check was easy, my questions were always promptly returned. Will definitely stay again if I travel to Las Vegas!

Very Convenient
Great Uber/Lift privacy by using the parks address. Smart TV let us keep up with new episodes of our favorite shows. It’s very quiet. Walkable to a couple of shopping centers. We walked to Starbucks and a Mexican restaurant. Very nice as a hub.

Weekend Getaway
Our stay was very comfortable. The noise from the airport was not too bad. We were able to sleep without much disruption. The neighborhood was quite and the drive to the LV Strip was not to far. A very nice place to stay for only the two of us.

Marvelous place
I came to go to an event and the place was perfect. It was clean and so cute. The yard we got was small but efficient and there’s a beautiful park across the street the dogs loved. I will be back! They were great and accommodating.
