Chambre spacieuse, et propre. grand parking. Juste un peu de bruit avec les camions à côté

En faite la réservation, c’est faite affichant que j’aurais une chambre Fumeur. On a tenté va le service Expedia d’avoir une NIN FUMEUR,, c’était 200$ us de surplus puis arrivé sur place, ils m’ont donner une chambre non fumeur , j’allais travailler au CES, ça veux dire beaucoup beaucoup de marche, ainsi ils annonce une piscine, personne c’est baigner la depuis 3 mois, le spa est briser et ne sera jamais réparé d’après la gérante et le personnel , il y a pas de facilité café dans la chambre, la fille de 5:30.le premier matin, S’efforce de faire une petite Cafetiere de 4 tasses qu’elle tient tiède, mais j’ai un micro ondes dans la chambre alors on se débrouille, le deuxième matin, c’est la fille de jour qui vient de commencer. Y’a plus de café ils vont en acheté, y’en aura demain, le troisième matin, ils ont perdu le pot où coule le café filtré ... pas fort, donc 1 café sur 3 matin, dans la chambre y a un frigo et micro-ondes, j’achète donc la nourriture pour les 3 jours déjeuner et souper et friandise (barre de chocolat) la première journée pas de souci, ainsi en revenant le 2ieme jour, j’ai pu souper et déjeuner , puis j’ai laisser la bière , fromage, chocolat et autre chose à manger, à mon retour le 2 Iene soir, tous le frigo a été voler, je demande, on me dit y’avait rien dans le frigo, ainsi la bière et tout parti, décevant, puis ils m’ont remboursé mon dépôt de 25$. Cependant à mon arrivé un gars seul dans sa chambre non fumeur c’est fait refuser le remboursement

Do not recommend this property anymore it’s terrible. We did not stay.we looked for another hotel to stay

Veey very dirty builds rooms are decent but smell like cigarettes even if its non smoke

Horrible service.
Publié le 20 oct. 2024 sur HotelsIt was horrible. The door to our room would not lock. You could tell it had been kicked in previously. When I called to let the front desk know they avoided me. The text morning when I went into the front office to check out and get my deposit refunded they associates avoided coming to the desk. Continued to stay in the back and chit chat. They took my deposit even no the room was pretty in great condition. Horrible experience. Attempting to get refund for my deposit still.
