Nice Space. Amazing View!
Publié le 15 janv. 2025 sur HomeAwayI've always loved Palms Place. This was a short staycation for me, and everything was absolutely perfect. Easy check-in process, clean room and a quiet high floor. Even the restaurant on the 6th floor was nice and cozy (granted it was a Sunday). Would definitiv stay again!

Groovy Condo Near The Strip!
Publié le 30 déc. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis is a really nice little studio condo. It is just a short distance from the Strip. The tub is huge and the balcony views are fantastic! We received our requested extra towels and Dan was a responsive and invested host! We took the bus that stops right outside on Flamingo to get to the Strip. Two dollars for a fifteen minute ride that drops you off by Carsar's Palace. I definitely recommend this property!isawesome.

Management is crap
Publié le 8 déc. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe owner never submitted our stay and we tried calling and messaging him for 2 hours didn’t get any reply until 5 hours later after we had to cancel and refund our booking and pay double to get a room in the same building. Very dissatisfied!

I apologise for the incomnvenience that you experienced, but following your first message at 4:47am, I actually replied at 6:52am; two hours, not five, and we could have resolved the whole issue, but unfortunately you chose another route.
By paying double for the same room I am sure you appreciated that you would have gotten a great deal if you had had the patience to iron out a small miscommunication.
Other reviewers definitely do not agree with your label for me.
