Unfortunately I was not happy with my stay. Walls are paper thin. The room was not clean. When I walked in the sink was dirty. The majority of a day I did not have hot water. The cleaning staff is friendly that’s my only positive from my stay.

I liked that they had a lot of entertainment on the property but didn't like the fact that they had so many charges that you didn't know about until you were there. They charge me over 300.00 to hold and I was supposed to get half back I have not received my money yet. They have no service if you need wheelchair access you have to pay 45.00 a day and they don't tell you that either. They are overpriced for what you get.

We stayed Feb 20-25, 2025. I got a promo for an upgrade to a mini-suite for $6. We arrived and were told the room was a smoking room, nowhere did it say that in the promo offer BTW, regardless, the room wasn't even available. They then said we could have a non-smoking version for $25 more per night and they would give us show tickets. We were tired and irritated, so we gave in and said ok. After agreeing and paying, no tickets available. What a scam. The room, the fridge smelled like moldy tuna. We turned on the tv and it had dozens of white spots all over the screen and needs to be replaced. The shower never warmed above temped at best. Front desk promised to have somebody look at the probs, when we got back that night, nothing had been done. I called to have somebody come look at the probs, at midnight-ish, a guy shows up and looks at the TV and water issues, saying he couldn’t do anything about it.He said call in the morning after 7:00. The next day I contacted the front desk and was told that I could do a room switch but it couldn't happen until between 2:30 and 3:30 PM so I would have to be available during that period,we had plans so the room switch timing was in reasonable. I got a 1 day resort fee refund and a couple tower tix, $15 each. At checkout, I told a manager what happened during our stay. I got 1 more day of resort fee refund. 4 days of cool showers, crappy TV picture, and simply being scammed into paying more for the room, terrible experience.

Its false advertisement. The hotel online states 1 thing but getting to the hotel they then tell you that we are in the older section of the hotel and let you know that we should upgrade because of what we previous booked is not what it really is.

First lets just get the resort fees out the way. Why is this a fee? What does the customer get for paying this? And then its tax on the resort fee. No refrigerator or microwave in the room but theres a resort fee that needs to be paid. Wheres the resort? Im not seeing resort like features in the establishment And then theres travelocity taking a down payment at the time of reserving. What was the purpose of that? Just not a good travel experience at all. Not happy at all
