Points forts: chambre confortable, propre bien entretenu. court intérieur avec sécurité 24 hrs. Piscine immaculée.personnel accueillant et aidant. Points faible: secteur avec beaucoup d’itinérants (mais nous n’avons pas été importuné) , pas de resto proche même celui de l’hôtel est fermé. Petite marche pour le bus vers strip ou vieux Vegas.

It's been well renovated. One little thing is the sunchairs by the pool are missing some bolts and could be updated. But besides that it's perfect!

Front desk . . . . Very nice!! Evening and morning check out. The room was very clean, well stocked. Not at all what i was expecting for the price. Pleasantly surprised. I will definitely be staying here again.

Never stayed and will not ever stay here

I never stayed as the place had homeless out-front begging for money and I couldn't find the front counter. Not a place to stay even for the price.

Thank you for your review, we do see that your reservation was a no-show however this is due to the booking guest not being present for check-in. As stated prior the main guest must be present in order to utilize the reservation if the reservation is due to switch hands the name must be updated via the travel agent. We apologize this was not to your liking. As for panhandlers we have a 24 hour security team, please inform the front desk agent so that we may send security to handle any issue.

Horrible experience, my wife and i stayed here for a week. When it was time to check out we left and i forgot my wallet sitting on the bed. My wife shouted for me to grab it but i miss understood and thought she said she would grab it. We made it a few blocks from the hotel before we realized neither one of us grabbed it so we turned around. Upon arriving the maids were in the room cleaning it. We asked them for the wallet and they acted like they didnt speak english and didnt understand. Not knowing that i have seen them talk very fluently in english. They gave me a smirk as i walked to the office and spoke with the manager. She told me there was nothing she could do. So now i dont have an id or credit card, im out 400 bucks that they stole with the wallet. I asked the manager if i could just pay cash for another night since my wife had some on her, just so i had time and i could figure out my wallet situation. She informed me that NO, i could NOT get a room without an id. Keep in mind they have my wallet not to mention they have my id on file because i just stayed there for 1 week. She didnt care and told me to go find a hotel that doesnt require an id to check in. This place is a joke and untrustworthy, they lie, cheat, and steal from their customers. Karma will return for them. Until next time vegas, so long!!!

Thank you for your review, as stated to you prior we asked that you contact Metro in regards to your complaint so that an investigation could be launched. As you stated you did not want to wait for Metro or file a report we could not assist. Again please make a report to the proper authorities in regards to any theft. Unfortunately we cannot rent a room without an ID and we can not use a different persons ID and with your card. We apologize that this was not to your liking.

Habitación amplia y cómoda. Solo que un día si tuvimos servicio de aseo y otro no. Fuera de eso, bonita estancia.

I don’t like the fact that I didn’t receive house cleaning not one time I was there. They came by 8:30 everyday I’m still sleep I leave out at 930am everyday. When I ask for service I given the impression that services will be done each. I came back nothing was done. I ask for clean towels never got those until my last night of stay. That when I was told that house keep has to many room to do and are on a schedule and will not come back twice. I responded so why they don’t come at 9:30a when I’m gone for day. Respond was their on a schedule. The only thing I truly like about the place was convenience of getting to work and the staff member that check me in. He was truly a nice guy.
