The villa has a large swimming pool, large garden and covered loggia; It is furnished in a modern style and can accommodate a maximum of 8 people with 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bedroom with two single beds. In the living room there is a double sofa bed.
Outside there is another kitchen and another comfortable bathroom to make the most of the outdoor area where you can spend your days relaxing.
The villa is located just 8 km from beautiful Cefalù. In the surrounding area you can easily find supermarkets and restaurants. Just 2 km from the beach accessible by car.
The residential area is optimal for those who want to rest and spend a relaxing holiday.
Remember that bathroom and bed linen costs €16 per person and is not included in the price.
Energy consumption will be calculated at €3 per night per person upon your arrival

Capodanno in compagnia
Abbiamo passato il Capodanno in questa splendida villa con i nostri amici. Lo spazio era veramente tanto.
al piano superiore c'erano 3 stanze abbastanza capienti.
Struttura graziosissima e tenuta benissimo,molto pulita e molto accogliente…
Consigliamo vivamente il soggiorno presso questa splendida villa.
Il giardino è tenuto veramente bene anche in inverno...
torneremo sicuramente
