The flat was built with bad and dangerous material, you have moisture on the window and in the kitchen, the electrical system is dangerous, do not go there with children!
The owner has an Ukrainian/Russian hospitable and treated me.
They just do not care of you but of your money.
I am completely dispointed and chocked by this place, this is not normal to find it in Europe and in Expedia site.
For your health and security, do not go there!

Dear Roman, We hope not to see you again in our hotel . We are very sorry that you, as Ukrainian person want to get everything for free . And then write lies about the good beautiful place to stay! You made reservation for 1 PERSON!! But came 4 PEOPLE! In your booking confirmation that you showed us is written : the reservation for 1 person! But you expected that your scandal and bad behavior will push us to give you free stay of 3 people ! As a guest you need to respect rules of the country and of the place you stay in. And we are very sorry that you was our guest. And very sorry for your future hosts. After Expedia management called you and ask to book the room for 4 and pay for 4 people, you decided to punish us in the lie review and fake photos and damage the property!We already informed the Expedia to put you in the black list of the guests . Bella esperienza. Qualche difficoltà con la televisione che ha un decoder che occorre sintonizzare.

Hotel is only a short walk from the city-centre with easy parking. We had booked a larger room with a kitchenette and fridge, but were given one without these amenities.
The TV only showed one channel. After establishing that the printed instruction inside the room - did not work - we even asked the reception for help with it.
Oddly, we had to ask for the remote control to the AC specifically and even had to sign for it?
Breakfast room was nice and tidy, but normally considered warm food like eggs, sausages, etc was cold, due to lack of equipment that would retain the heath.

You had an option to have Apartment with fridge or Double room with balcony and breakfast.
And you get iven more for the small price
You get the room and the breakfast for free!
The stay in Apartment not include breakfast .
And anyway you could change the room at the same moment you saw the room . It was no problem to change it. So you choose the room with breakfast.
Yes you need to ask for the remote control because of COVID rules and we ask to sing that you have to bring them back and we prepare them for the next guests.
We have a lot of tv canals and you have the instruction in the room how to use the tv. The instruction in steps with the pictures show how to use tv , all the guests use it without problems.
All the good are fresh and warm.
