Comfortable place excellent location

The home was comfortable and was located in a great location. Owner described property accurately. Our only concern was there were guests in the garden apartment and their child was very loud. We had a hard time falling asleep at night. In the upstairs bedroom you can’t hear the garden apartment but you can in downstairs bedroom.

Am disappointed with the guest remarks about our house smelling. We take pride in cleaning our property. Our property is always cleaned and sanitized.

Safe and secure area close to everything

This stay was exactly what we were looking for on our work trip to the area. Excellent parking, easy check in and accurate description of property. Can’t be the price to amenities.

Nice deck; great grill and yard.

Location was great; busy street. Comfortable beds; wonderful master bath and laundry room. There is an apartment underneath which we didn’t realize, but there was minimal noise, so it was okay. Overall, very good! We would stay again.

1+ week visiting family

The property is as described so I give this stay a 5/5! It was a great location, easy to get to Clifton Park/Saratoga with lots of restaurants and stores very nearby. The fenced in yard was great for the dog and a main reason we wanted this spot. A light for the deck would be a great addition. The rooms do get hot so keeping the ac on in August was needed. Took about an hour to cool off when we got in. I had to work while I was there and had no issues with zoom calls on the WiFi.

Incorrect description

I rented this place because of the location and especially because it was advertised have a hot tub and a communal pool. I was severely disappointed to not have the hot tub as that was the one amenity I really wanted..when I asked the owner , she blamed it on VRBO. The temperature of the house was extremely hot. There was a small air conditioner in the bedroom window but it just couldn't keep up. If I had known all of this , I would've chosen another location or a hotel. I believe I should receive a refund of at least part of the fee. Also, when I tried to put my clothes into the drawer on the bedroom, I found a baggie with marijuana and a pipe to smoke it as well as some unknown pills! Not cool!! I was very offended. I also took a photo of the items in the drawer

We let the guest know that it was an error the place does not have a hot tub The house has three air conditioners and three fans. The guest was made aware that the upstairs bedroom is hot we have a ceiling fan and an air conditioner upstairs The drugs that was found in the drawer was not mentioned to us when the guest found it. In our guest book we states that no drugs in the premises. We are sorry for any inconvenience but we run a decent business and we seek to please our clients
