Really nice to be able to walk to the restaurant next door. I appreciated having coffee at any time of the day.

We stayed for 5 days. Placed in a room next to Rt 30. VERY NOISY. Could hear the woman next door when her phone rang and her conversation. During our stay we Never had the room cleaned or even trash emptied. When we checked in the registration employee stated our room would be cleaned every 2 days-Tuesday would be cleaning day. Upon our return Tuesday evening our room had not been serviced I called the Front Desk and informed them of the lack of service. They brought up some towels and noted the need for servicing the room. Upon our return Wednesday evening NO SERVICE! Our tiny trash cars were overflowing and we were out of toilet paper. I returned to the front desk and stated the problem of no room cleaning service AGAIN. They handed me a roll of toilet paper and stated it would be checked out. We have never had such poor service at a Hampton Inn Won’t be patronizing HI or Hilton again.

I asked for fresh towels and a clean bathroom each day as a minimum. Reception said they could accommodate the request. I was NOT told that housekeeping service was at the housekeeping department convenience.
1st morning after travel with my husband who medically is slow we left the do not disturb sign on until 11am. No service
2ndmorning we had knock on door at 9:36am. I asked if they could come back in an hour. They agreed. We left at 10:30 and ate out of the hotel. Came back in late afternoon. No room service. There was NO SIGN ON THE DOOR AS THEY REPORTED TO RECEPTION. so we paid over $600, for 1 room for 4days and no HOUSEKEEPING
We will be in the area again frequently but never stay at this dump.
Please clean the hallway carpet or replace.

Both the voice and the picture on the TV kept freezing up. Bed too high to get in and out safely for seniors with mobility issues. Mattress very hard and uncomfortable. Pillow too small to go across the bed and too soft for any support. Bathroom too small for easy moving around sink, toilet and in and out of the shower. Shower curtain not long enough so the floor got wet making the floor very slippery.
