Very disappointed as I booked 2 nights non refundable however I was hospitalized and gave 72 hours and they still would not give refund or credit. Spoke to hotels.com and they stated it was hotel discretion to refund and they would not refund. I then spoke to hotel itself and they said hotels.com always says that but they do not ask. Either way I’m at $500 because I was in hospital!

Absolutely amazing stay. Staff was awesome, kind and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Pool and gym top notch. Hit breakfast a plus. Great location!
