Everything was fine, staff was a bit confused about resort fees, the lady that checked us in said there weren't any but if we wanted she could charge us (which we knew there was one) but when we checked out the man at the desk said there definately was one and they would just take it out of our security deposit.

No refrigerator as requested, when I asked about it I was told 5th floor doesn't have refrigerators. No City view as requested when I opened the blonde I have a parking garage view. When asked about it they offered to move me up to a different floor or give me a refrigerator since I had already got settled I said I'll take the refrigerator when they brought the refrigerator it was old I'll beat up and look like a little square box sitting on the floor when I walk back into my room and saw that ancient refrigerator that look like somebody used in the woods on a camping spree that just really did it for me

Wallpaper peeling off the walls. Housekeeping never cleaned our room in 3 days. Toilet was plugged upon arrival, maintenance didn’t come until the following night. The hotel seemed very run down.

Unfortunately not a great experience. My room was located on the 2nd floor of the Promenade Tower with a view of a service area in the courtyard. There was constant sounds of wind as if in a wind tunnel, even in the bathroom which disrupted sleeping. Also no housekeeping services throughout stay
