Great size rooms. Clean and near tourist attractions. No pay tv. No hotwater. Great car parking. Comfortable beds and warm room. Great iron and ironing board

very central , very clean ,tidy ,room was heated before i arrived (3 degrees outside), room was serviced every day, staff very friendly & helpful ,would use this residence again, have already recommended it friends who are there now.

10minute walk into CBD, 5 minutes to city park and 2 minutes to Cataract Gorge. Stillwater restaurant was almost direct across the road Tried Alida and the Kings Bridge for dinner and happily recommend both.

lovely old charm buildings there was eat outs close by if you do not want to dine in. plenty of walking paths to wonder on

I enjoyed being welcomed, concise direction for accommodation and after stay service - I left two shirts and am now awaiting their return thru staff assistance.

The room was nice and comfortable. However there was a lot of noise on the night we stayed, cars do burn outs and a really loud industrial buzzing sound.
