Unfortunately I liked very little. The manager did come and help me get into my room. However, the dire threats of extra charges if we didn't do the housework ourselves are not appreciated. Employ more staff. I felt that I couldn't even have a shower as there was no curtain or door on the shower

HI NeridaThank you for your feedback.We don't expect anyone to do their own house work apart from keeping it tidy and washing your dishes. We do have housekeeping everyday that services your room. Those new showers are designed as walk in showers. We do like feedback good and bad as it gives us a chance to work on things.RegardsOlivia - Parklane Motel

The apartment was very clean and well serviced, it was just a little out dated. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

Im happy with my stay at parkland motel the staff was freindly and helpful. rooms are clean comfortable close to the city and utas stadium that why i was in launceston for football thank you

Sheets were dirty and had bed bugs bathroom and room was very run down. On the website it says thet offer airport transfers they don't it also says free wifi it doesn't work. Its also a fair walk from anything good. They say to call or text the after hours number if you need anything but no one responses if they do its the day after. Reception is only open until 6pm and not on a Sunday. Honestly after the first night if i could have afforded to i would have moved to a different hotel. I brought up the dirty bed with them and asked for the room to be cleaned and new sheets they just made the bed. Same sheets and all.

Maybe sleep in a tent.
Publié le 9 mai 2024 sur HotelsThe owners were very nice....but the room was old, bed very uncomfortable. I even considered sleeping on floor. The water faucets were not working properly. When I checked out, I didn't have the space to leave without scraping my rental vehicle. Thank goodness I bought rental insurance. It's basically a motorcycle parking lot. There was a microwave and fridge in room. WIFI was in and out.
