Worst stay ever !, we had to go and book another hotel while staying there because we couldn't stay there. No Power from 4am and we left at 2pm that day with still no power - sitting in room in compete darkness, no hot water no electricity at all. Asked for towels at 8.30am and at 2pm still had not received them. No apology or anything. They advertise a restaurant - doesn't exist, it is closed and does not open at all. On arrival, the receptionist greets you with "keep your valubles out of your car - we get lots of breakins here'. No CCTV cameras at all to make your stay safe.

Hi Mark, it was unfortunate during your stay that there was a power outage that affected large parts of Launceston, which was out of our control. Also, I recall when checking you in I told you of the car break ins that had happened in Launceston the night before, where many (not just this one) properties were targeted, a caution I thought you would appreciate. Hopefully your next trip runs smoother.

Great location near city and next to J Boags, easy parking and nice staff, would recommend and stay here again

Lovely room with beautiful furniture matching the Hotel's shared history with the building. Conveniently located and parking was easy. Nearby Luz restaurant was excellent. Will stay again.
