When we first checked in I was shocked at the cleanliness of the room. It seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. I was travelling with a toddler and I wouldn’t let them in the bathroom because it was so bad. I also thought I booked for two bedrooms as advertised but it was only a one room set up. I spoke to the staff member at front desk and he was really lovely and apologetic and put us into a new room which was a little cleaner but more importantly bigger. The pol was okay but the games arcade wasn’t what I was hoping. The only turndown service provided was fresh towels. Dirty dishes weren’t taken and beds weren’t made. I would have been happy to wash my own dishes but there wasn’t any detergent provided so I had to buy it. Overall I won’t be returning to the property but at least the staff member I dealt with was lovely.

The price was excellent $127. The carpet and bathroom cleanliness was a bit to be desired but bed was comfy, they happily provided us with extra pillows. Can’t expect to much for that price

We had to be moved rooms twice as the first room someone had tried to kick the door in (there was a big hole in the door), the room they moved us to the door wouldn't lock. Overall the place was very tired and did not feel clean

Pictures are not accurate reflection- the whole place is in disrepair. Kids didn’t even want to sleep in beds and had to be forced. Overpriced and feels very deceptive

Very outdated and yes they plan on doing renovations but when….. There was mould in the bedrooms and tissues under the bed. The toilet door did not shut and if it did you got stuck. Oh and the creepy crawling insects we woke up to in the morning was just horrible l
