The shower was nasty we had to change rooms, the pool was closed n there was nothing stated as hot as it is my kids couldn’t go swimming, the breakfast wasn’t a breakfast.. there wasn’t any.. will never stay there again

I knew that I chose the fiscally responsible approach to my stay in Laurel but this hotel is unkempt and also had bugs in our room. I had to switch to the Hampton Inn after the first night and my wife was mad at me the entire weekend.

A visit to Laurel

This was the 2nd time since February I stayed at this hotel. The friendly staff and the location are enough to make me come back again.

The service at check in was poor. The television wasn't working properly and maintenance never came to check it out. Every time we brought something to their attention all we ever got were excuses and no action taken. We will not go back to that property.

The room was dirty the bathroom was really dirty and loose shower curtain rod. The T v was very bad

The room was filthy. Carpet was sticky bro always had to wear shoes, mold in refrigerator and coffee pot. The bathroom floor had trash on the floor and look like someone used the bathroom all over toilet and floor. Bathtub was dirty and stained. The lights only worked by the bathroom and bathroom lights worked. No lights working above the bed.
