Do not waste your money
Publié le 12 juill. 2024 sur HotelsIt was a terrible place to stay. The room was filthy and outdated. The service was horrible the housekeepers are lazy. They didn't ask if my family needed anything I had to call the front desk and tell them our room needed cleaning. The pool was not available because they were to cheap to get it up and going. There was no elevators and my husband is disabled. This place sucked. I wouldn't advise anyone to stay there.

Horrible stay
Publié le 12 juill. 2024 sur HotelsThis is the worst hotel stay my family has ever had. The bathroom tub was filthy it looked like the porcelain was fading. The bathroom and the rest of the room was outdated. This hotel needs to be remodeled. The service was horrible. My family was there for six days and no one came to clean the room, bring towels, change the trash or anything. I had to call the front desk and tell them that I needed the room cleaned. The linens on the bed where dirty looking it was just a horrible stay. My family will never stay there again. I wouldn't advise anyone to stay at that hotel.

The shower was nasty we had to change rooms, the pool was closed n there was nothing stated as hot as it is my kids couldn’t go swimming, the breakfast wasn’t a breakfast.. there wasn’t any.. will never stay there again

Know what you’re getting into …
Publié le 31 mai 2024 sur HotelsI knew that I chose the fiscally responsible approach to my stay in Laurel but this hotel is unkempt and also had bugs in our room. I had to switch to the Hampton Inn after the first night and my wife was mad at me the entire weekend.
