Allow the desk person to cancel my booking when I tell them I have a small pet. I was honest with her but she was unable to cancel my booking. Now, I feel it’s a wild goose chase not to be charged.

The staff were very friendly. Way too much MARIJUANA being smoked in the hotel and at the pool ,where my grandchildren were swimming. Unsafe areas in parking lot. A lot of sketchy people hanging around after dark. Our room was on the main thourafare very very noisy at night.

Rooms were expensive for the quality of hotel. Rooms smelled like cigarettes. Yes i paid for a NON Smoking room. Room felt dirty. And the air was not the best.

Just a DUMP
Publié le 12 juin 2024 sur HotelsIt is amazing how many fake or in accurate hotel ratings you find online. I travel for work all around Georgia, Alabama and Mississippi. From watching the home improvement shows and other stuff about Laurel. You would think that this would be a nice destination and maybe it is, but the hotel situation is bad and this particular hotel is awful. It’s filthy. It stinks. It’s poorly maintained. You don’t want to touch anything. The person at the front desk is very unhelpful. I asked for extra sheets to help cover up this filthy bed and was told that she didn’t have any, but she would have someone come in from off duty to get some sheets and bring them to me and I knew that would never happen and of course it never did , there was no water. There was no drink machine and my toilet was running constantly when I got in the room. If it had not been so late, I would have left and just went somewhere else. I have had similar experiences in Laurel, but this one was the worst , I have to travel here a couple times a year. I’m going to start staying in another city and just driving over. Don’t waste your time or money here, and if you have to wrap yourself and some kind of a plastic body condom
