It was an older motel but remodeled. Clean and roomy. Because it is called locomotive there is a train that runs by,. But it was not bad. Breakfast was not the greatest For me I needed a bed to sleep the night and get up early to start driving to next destination. It fit!

No complaints, reasonably priced, comfortable, pleasant staff, restaurants in close proximity, some walkable.

Everything was close to the hotel. Awesome staff. Shopping super close. Ill be back. And the cozy gym behind the hotel is better than any Tacoma/Seattle gym hands down.

Great stay at a good price.
Publié le 13 août 2024 sur HotelsVery nice hotel, comfortable, clean and spacious rooms. Only two minor problems, spray from shower head is weak and trains go by, which might be problem for some. Not for us. Also, there are a lot of fast food restaurants around, but only one regular restaurant, which is next door. It is a Mexican restaurant and it is very good. Great stay at good price.

False advertisement
Publié le 12 août 2024 sur HotelsWe were looking for a place that had a pool for my grandchildren to stay active and keep them occupied while other family members were doing last minute preparations for a family funeral. I called prior to making reservations to ensure hot tub/pool were operational were informed yes but never told they were part of a gym that had every few daily hours. When we arrived on Sunday were shown a piece of paper with hours later when I went to desk to take pic of hours I was informed those were July hours not August(it was Aug 11) and I would have to call the gym in the morning. Well when I called the gym them next morning at 8am where the hotels advertised pool and hot tub were I was informed the only pool hours for today was 6-8am. Also breakfast was told it was from 6-10am however they took it down at 9am. No one was monitoring when things were empty or needed to be refilled etc. Hall carpet was Nasty. Air conditioner/heater didn’t work

We are sorry for your bad feelings, but yes, we have limited hour for the Pool do to swimming lessons. Hot tub is only closed Sunday afternoon for cleaning it does say that they are located in a different building. Breakfast was kept up until after 10 am the morning you were here, it was being stock regularly. Remember I was stocking it while chatting with your children. sorry about the about stains in the hallway, however we already had arrangements to have the carpets professionally cleaned. Heating and cooling are checked between each stay and also have detailed instructions on how to use. This guest requested a late check out. We accommodated this request. This is a complete false review as it has no merit.
