Our Little Farmhouse is a treat you are sure to enjoy.

This 1920's treasure holds nearly 100 years of special memories for our family. It has recently been lovingly renovated and restored and is very comfortable. Much of the original shiplap, beaded-board, and heart pine floors have been retained and restored, as well as much of the original exterior and front porch. There are two bedrooms downstairs, as well as two baths. Upstairs offers a loft play area and a small bedroom with two twin beds. Central heat and air, free WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, comfortable living/dining area, a gas grill, and beautiful screen porch will make your stay in Laurel both memorable and enjoyable. This home is located in a very safe area of Jones County, just 5 short minutes from beautiful downtown Laurel, with it's many shops and restaurants. Whether you are visiting family and friends, sightseeing, or in town on business, Our Little Farmhouse is the place for you.

In town due to the HGTV Hometown Show & we took The Laurel Home Tour with Robert as our guide. He was delightful and so knowledgeable. also the free walking tour provided by the Laurel Museum of Art on select Fridays @ 10:30 am . This tour was also exceptional. Visited several downtown shops & restaurants. The country setting of this VRBO was very peaceful & interior was well done. Much easier to find if you arrive during daylight hours.

Laurel Get Away
What a great quiet location with easy access to all the local attractions. We highly recommend this property. If you're going in the winter you might want to consider bringing a few extra blankets as the heater is a bit noisy and it's best to turn if off at night for a quieter nights sleep. However, this doesn't even begin to take away for the 5 rating that this property deserves.

Beautifully restored home. Clean, comfortable & well stocked with everything we needed. Often listings look great in the pictures but in reality are smaller, somewhat worn or have less appealing surroundings that aren't pictured. Not here! Just as lovely as pictured and nice sized rooms. Surroundings are beautiful & serene. Location was convenient to all our destinations. You'll love it!

Loved it!
The house was spotless when we arrived and more spacious than we expected! The pictures don’t do it justice! Both bedrooms and joining bathrooms were large and comfortable. The screened in porch was a wonderful. Even though it was hot out having multiple fans on the porch made it comfortable for us to sit and enjoy the quiet and peacefulness. We also loved it was only a 5 minute drive to downtown. Will def stay here again next time we visit!

Girls' Trip Getaway
Little Farmhouse was a great location with close proximity to all we wanted to do in town, but also had a nice remote feeling. Every area was spacious yet cozy, and the screened-in porch was ideal. There were plenty of towels on hand, and the iced bottle water in the fridge was very much appreciated!

Wonderful home away from home
I enjoyed everything about this property. Located in a quite, beautiful neighborhood away form town and lots of privacy. Large common spaces with comfortable seats and a great dining room space to spend time eating together and laughing together and making memories with the people we love best. Perfect southern hospitality of a large screened-in porch with rockers and fans. I loved cooking in the modern updated kitchen, we always take advantage of a gas grill and good weather. The master bedroom was spacious and cozy, the master bath a dream with walk-in shower and rain head, spare room was restful and second bath accessible easily. Mud/laundry room perfect for getting in/out with room to move, stairs not too steep and sweet little loft bedroom and play room brought lots of squeals and giggles from the grandbabies enjoying a space away from the adults. The high ceilings and painted walls reminded me of my childhood home. Sunlight through the large windows, relaxing color palette, and farmhouse style made us feel right at home as if we had always been there. The host was very responsive and welcoming . Thank you for thinking of every comfort. We cant wait to visit again! PS, the sofa in the mater suite gives the BEST naps:)

The property and house were very nice. I forwarded the question to Myra who was my partner for the visit. She will give a woman's point of view. The house was well laid out, easy to get around, good kitchen and bathrooms. The TV area was very comfortable, but there was not one business channel I could find in all those channels. But, what the heck we were on vacation. It was nice for you to set up an area to use your lap top in the laundry room, But, alas it appears to be not so good for use with the WiFi. It has a hard time going through those two kitchen walls. Thanks, and have a nice day. We would recommend your house to our friends.

The pictures don’t do justice to the farmhouse. The rooms are much larger and it’s just so clean, comfortable and cozy. Less than 10 minutes to town and very quiet surroundings. My older sister and I had a blast.

Our stay in this home was excellent. The condition of the house, the owner and the kitchen were perfect. The kitchen is well stocked, the towels were fluffy and the beds were comfortable. The screened in porch was nice for afternoon sitting. Everything was really nice. We will be back!
