It need to be highlighted that property can only be accessed by train. We had to park our car on train station to get to facility. During one day of our stay 29 minutes train ride was disrupted and we have to go around on alternate route which took us 3 hours to arrive at the facility.

Great Location

The spa and pool area was fantastic
The breakfast was wonderful
The hotel was under renovations and we felt like we should’ve been told that upfront
For the price we paid we felt like it was over priced

Our stay was very nice. The rooms are small but comfortable. No A/C so rooms are warm and no fans. There is construction on the facade of the hotel but no noise. This hotel caters to tour groups so breakfasts can be very busy. The breakfast was good. The pool and spa facilities are excellent but need of some updating. The location is near everything. In all we had a very nice stay.

Very conveniently located right in front of the train station. Great breakfast options. Has a nice decent sized pool.

Scaffolding surrounding the property at the moment blocking view from windows. Staff very nice and accomodating. Top floor room was small for three people. Had to bend over in some parts of the room because of the ceiling hight.

Posted Jul. 16, 2024 on HotelsScaffolding outside my window blocking view. Men outside my window early in the morning. Building needs a refresh, stained carpet in hall, paint off door frame to bath, and shower did not drain. Close to train station and lovely rose garden.

Loved our stay here. The staff was always friendly and looking to make our experience better. Our room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast included a nice spread of options.
